During my recent stay at Grand Star, the tranquil environment was a welcome escape amidst the hustle of Istanbul. Just a brief two-minute stroll to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, the hotel's location allows easy access to the city's vibrant life. The spa facilities were a highlight of my visit. I enjoyed the Turkish bath, offering a unique cultural experience, alongside access to both a hot tub and a sauna. The overall service could be better coordinated, as I found it lacked the warmth often associated with hospitality. While the outdoor swimming pool offers a peaceful retreat, the dining experience detracted from my stay. Expecting seamless service, I encountered hiccups that could have been improved. While my experience was mixed, the hotel's serene amenities invite potential guests to unwind in a lively city.
